NOLA's 911 Dispatch, Orchestrated
by Darin Münch
More fun news -- in yet another collaboration with RUN Studios & Brother Eric, my music is again featured in a Microsoft Internet of Things ad. This piece features the 911 dispatch division of New Orleans (a.k.a. the OPCD) and its Microsoft-backed effort to streamline emergency response communications. Have a look:
Quest for Trills
by Darin Münch
Here's a rather exciting orchestral adventure piece. As the title suggests, this one features lots of trills, but you'll also find lively brass, woodwind, percussion, and a nice sense of movement and urgency. Short but explosive!
Amazon Fire Gets Munch'd

That neat 3D phone all over the news lately? Brother Eric Munch did the demo video music for it:
Better Late Than Never

I even have some brass music to (kinda) go along with it!
Scoring the London Underground
by Darin Münch
Here's some exciting news -- in collaboration with RUN Studios, my music has made it into a Microsoft Internet of Things ad campaign! This particular piece features British IT company Telent's work on the London Underground railway system. Take a peek:

Brass Requiem
by Darin Münch
This somber, rainy, Taps-style brass intermezzo is fit for a stately ceremony. A mournful trumpet soars over a determined french horn and tuba duo. This one has a solemn yet optimistic vibe.
Polar Strings
by Darin Münch
Here's an icy track I’m personally fond of. This distant, antarctic string dirge was inspired by George Fenton's chilly polar bear theme for BBC's Planet Earth series. Things begin happily enough on a bright, snowy iceberg morning, but it's quickly apparent something is terribly awry...
A Trader Joe's Fix
by Darin Münch
I just "fixed" the sustain pedal on my grand piano using a pair of chopsticks and a Two-Buck Chuck wine cork! I'm chalking this up as perhaps the greatest DIY job of all time. :-) Thanks, Trader Joe's!
Mechanized Memories
by Darin Münch
I just found this cutesy electro-nostalgia clip in a folder full of April's B-sides. This major-key techno ditty is short, poppy, and 100% digital. Tailor-made to accompany some cheerful technology!
