Strings, Wind, Glass
by Darin Münch
Here's a flowing, whimsical woodwind symphony with twists and turns aplenty. The stacked harmony was inspired by Nobuo Uematsu's Garnet's Theme from Final Fantasy IX. Reminiscent of a cheery, quirky Spielberg number as well, this piece aims for a whispy, windy sound.
Features stacked oboe and clarinet, string symphony, piano, flute, and lots of charming percussion. A great pick to establish a pleasant, looking-toward-the-future atmosphere, but this would work just as well in a fanciful childhood tale.
